From crashing on slip roads to dangerous overtaking, reckless road users to exploding wheels, the series showcases all that can and does go wrong on our motorways and main roads.

Our on-screen panel of drivers and driving experts (including former roads police, driving instructors and HGV drivers) watch and react to the incidents, before they reveal what they think really went wrong, why they think things ended in catastrophe and what we can do to stop the same from happening to us.
